Kalari Yoga, Unique Fitness Programme

Vyshnavie Natya Centre will be conducting a workshop in Kalari-Yoga, unique fitness regime, known for building mind-body coordination, strength, flexibility and stamina. This also helps in improving reflex actions resulting in the mind to focus better. The workshop will take you through the elements of martial arts and yoga resulting in full body, injury free workout.

This workshop is for all age groups - Men, Women and Children. “The workshop is for anyone trying to learn and understand our Indian culture and its art forms,” says Vyshnavie Sainath, Bharatanatyam dancer and martial expert. She states workshop is for building endurance, flexibility and stamina.

The curriculum includes foundation steps, Kalari salutation, body movements (Mei-Payattu), neck  and eye gestures, understanding the roots both theory and practical, exercises to improve reflex action in the body, yoga asanas and pranayama. The classes will be held at Banjara Hills and Secunderabad.
