Tracing Narratives Workshop Held For Students

Prof. Dr. N. Kavita Daryani Rao, Vice-Chancellor JNAFAU, inaugurated ‘Tracing Narratives’ Travelling Expo Hyderabad Stop at State Art Gallery, Madhapur. On the first day, Anuradha Reddy (INTACH Convenor Hyderabad Chapter) addressed on Memories of City in Transformation, while Dr. Ananth Marganti Executive Director, Hyderabad Urban Labs, spoke on Changing Neighbourhoods. The event was attended by various architecture college students practicing landscape architects & artist.

An initiative by LEAF (Landscape Environment Advancement Foundation), and presented by Team Leaf Hyderabad, Tracing Narratives – Indian Landscape Design, is a forum that talks about the state of architecture and design in India. The exhibition and the monograph are categorized in nine loosely-structured sections. It attempts to make the idea of the garden an important component of the discussion in the field of landscape design. The exhibition attempted to create a lens through which practitioners may care to evaluate the world of landscape design.
